The facility is medical and surgical. It has an intensive care unit and an emergency department open around the clock, an operating theater, an imaging suite with a CT scanner, a biomedical analysis laboratory with a blood bank, and a dialysis center.

Meals for patients and staff are prepared on site, and most of the vegetables come from the polyclinic's own kitchen garden. A bakery-cafeteria welcomes visitors.

From Bamako toward Banankoro, about a 40-minute drive. Transport can be arranged on request through the switchboard.
PARKING AND ACCESS
Free parking on the grounds. Step-free access from the parking area to reception and the emergency department.
VISITING HOURS
Consultations: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Visits to inpatients: every day, 10:00 am to 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
Emergencies: 24/7.
ADMISSION DOCUMENTS
ID, your health record if you have one, prescriptions and reports from previous examinations, and proof of insurance or employer coverage.
ACCEPTED INSURANCE
The polyclinic works with several insurers and health funds. Check your coverage with the switchboard before you come in.
